Terms & Conditions for Product Velocity Trainings

2. Registration and Contract

Registration is binding. A contract is formed upon written confirmation by the organizer. Seats are allocated in order of registration.

3. Fees and Payment

All prices are stated in EUR plus applicable VAT. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice and before the start of the training.

4. Participant Cancellation

Cancellation must be made in writing.

  • Up to 28 days before the start date: free cancellation
  • 27 to 14 days before the start date: 50% of the fee
  • 13 days or less before the start date: 100% of the fee

A substitute participant can be named at any time at no additional cost.

5. Organizer Cancellation and Changes

The organizer may cancel or reschedule the training if necessary.

  • Decision deadline: no later than 14 days before the start date
  • Reasons include insufficient participant numbers or circumstances beyond control

In case of cancellation by the organizer:

  • Fees already paid will be refunded in full
  • No further claims (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) are covered

Minor changes to schedule, venue (within the same city), or trainer are reserved.

6. Minimum Number of Participants

The training requires a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, the organizer may cancel the training by the deadline stated above.

7. Conduct of the Training

The training is conducted in person. Language is English by default. Delivery may switch to German if all participants agree.

8. Materials and Copyright

All materials are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

9. Recording

The organizer may record video of the presentation. Participants will not be recorded unless they give explicit consent.

10. Liability

The organizer is liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage. Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

11. Data Protection

Personal data is processed for registration and execution of the training. Details are provided in the privacy policy.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organizer, where legally permissible.
